A random post-an advice for people who are busy

assalamualaikum..:)

aku percaya. semua orang sedang sibuk sekarang nie. yang pelajar sibuk dengan perihal assignments. yang bekerja pun tak kurangnya sibuk. bagaikan tak cukup tangan nak handle. apatah lagi mata yang nak memandang. ape kaitan? haha

no matter how busy you are.don't leave your breakfast. take lunch if you skip breakfast. or the most wise way ialah take branch (breakfast+lunch). and take a light meal for dinner.

aku balance. biasanya breakfast aku ambik oat atau roti. tapi tengahari dan malam aku tak pernah skip ambik heavy meal. sebab aku perlu banyak tenaga. hihi

note that:
carbohydrate is needed to give you energy
protein is require to develop antibody and give energy
vegetables and fruits act as fibre

so, don't skip your meal for no reason. and don't hesitate to spend more on buying fruits.they are good for your health.

sangat betul bfast jgn sesekali skip
nanti tak bertenaga pulak kan :)

kak ati setiap hari bfst roti jek
2-3minggu sekali baru cuba nasi lemak..hehe..diet kunun! bulat gak..

yes. breakfast adalah pembekal tenaga untuk permulaan hari. jadi jangan lah skip breakfast. sbb nnti lebik jadinya..hehe.
kite pun sama kak. kadang2 dalam sebulan tue teringin pulak nak makan roti canai. nk tak nak makan gk.lepaskan gian. tp ptg nnti jog balik la..:)
